Payment Methods Accepted

Old Saratoga Books accepts Visa, Discover, Master Card, personal checks, money orders, and PayPal payments. We will also bill educational institutional institutions and libraries, if needed.  As of June 22, 2012, our hosting service will not allow us to receive and store credit card information on our secure website, so customers who wish to pay with a credit card can call or email our shop to place an order or pay with Paypal.

Customers can order books by emailing us (info aT oldsaratogabooksd Otcom) or calling (518) 695-5607 during our open shop hours: Wednesday through Sunday from noon to 5 pm (Eastern Standard Time). Our answering machine will be on during other times if you wish to leave a message. We also check our emails through the week so feel free to email us with any questions and we will get back to you promptly.

 We will reserve books for ten days while awaiting your payment by check or money order.

Return Policy

 We provide a complete refund, for any reason, on all of our books within fourteen days of receipt by the customer.

Shipping

 We pack our books carefully and ship them using the Postal Service's Priority rate at $7.50 for the first volume, $5.00 for each additional volume, or via media mail at $4.00 for the first volume, $2.00 each additional volume. Heavier and multiple volume orders will automatically be shipped via media mail unless you indicate a preference for Priority shipping. Shipping rates elsewhere in the world vary widely, but we are happy to quote various international shipping rates to you.
